We collect information necessary to provide our document generation services, including:
- Account information (Name, Email provided via Clerk auth)
- Form inputs (Landlord and tenant details, property addresses)
- Generation history (Record of notices created and metadata)
2. What We Do NOT Collect
NoticeGen does not process or store your payment card data. All financial transactions are handled securely by Stripe. We only receive confirmation of payment success and associated metadata to credit your account.
3. Data Retention
Input data containing sensitive tenant information is automatically deleted after 90 days from our primary storage. This ensures your documents are available for a reasonable period while minimizing long-term data risk.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Data is only shared with essential service providers (e.g., Clerk for authentication, Supabase for storage, Stripe for payments) as required to operate the service.
5. User Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. To request full account and data deletion, please email us at privacy@noticegen.com.
6. Cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies. Currently, the only cookies used are associated with Clerk authentication to manage your active session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
